Linda has been part of healing programs at Blue Deer since 2008. She is initiated as a Mara'akame in the tradition of the Wixárika people of Mexico.

Linda has maintained a healing practice in the Baltimore region for over twenty years. She is initiated as a Firekeeper in the Sacred Fire Community and has facilitated monthly Fires since 2001. She is the President of the Plant Spirit Medicine Association and works to support the Blue Deer Center from behind the scenes.

Linda grows corn and stewards their home in Pennsylvania with her husband Randy Whitlock.
