Winter Solstice Fire Ceremony

In the Nahua Tradition

WHEN:

December 21, 2025, 5:30 pm

WHERE:

Blue Deer Center, Margaretville, New York

TUITION:

Donation basis

Join us in an ancient honoring of the Winter Solstice

with a Nahua Solstice Fire Ritual

The Winter Solstice offers a special doorway to connect with and honor the distinct qualities present at this time of year. We have the blessing to honor the solstice and open this doorway in a ritual rooted in the ancient tradition of the Nahuas of central Mexico.

As we approach the solstice, we are going inward, to a place of stillness and quiet, contemplating the balance in our lives. This ceremony is an opportunity to release what's no longer needed and to receive guidance and beneficial awareness for the coming months.
