Participate in the harvest of the corn ceremony at home to bring prosperity and support to the missions of Blue Deer Center, Sacred Fire, the Huichol Mara'akate, the local Tepoztlan community, and the Nahua Weather Workers.
The Prosperity Ritual engages specific spiritual energies, elements and prayers to bring forth abundance. It is centered around the corn cycle, including the planting, germinating, tending and harvesting of corn, followed by a celebratory community feast, the saving of seed and the sharing of seed with another.
The Prosperity Ritual was given to us by Fire so that we might receive the resources we need to bring heart, Fire, wisdom and healing out into the world. This profound ritual involves planting and harvesting corn.
We are deeply grateful for the wisdom and guidance of Fire –which has given birth to our organizations. We are grateful for the expressions of love and care that we receive from all of you!

Nestled in the Catskill Mountains on ninety three acres of land and forest, the Blue Deer Center is embraced by “Saskawhihiwine,” the river of peace. This land has been known for millennia as a place where conflict is resolved and illness gives way to balance.
