Program and experiences
This is a two hour program that includes a walk and much more
A time to breathe deeply and take in the surroundings by using your senses
Tune in to the smell textures, taste and sight of the place
Clear out the clutter in your brain
Free yourself from the devices that keep you indoors
Finish the walk by connecting with other participants with tea and snacks around the fire

Nestled in the New York Catskill Mountains on ninety three acres of land and forest, the Blue Deer Center is embraced by “Saskawhihiwine,” the river of peace. This land, known for millennia, as a place where conflict is resolved and illness gives way to health. Blessed things happen here that cannot happen even a short distance away, for this sacred place offers unique medicine that restore and heal.
