Three days in the embrace of this sacred land. You will be supported by the teachers David and Annie in the company of firekeepers, your brothers and sisters. You will have the gift of guidance from Grandfather Fire! This retreat is for you.

To develop more inner awareness, connection, and mindfulness as you hold space and facilitate your fires

Don David is initiated in two living indigenous traditions in Mexico: the Nahua & the Huichol. He is a teacher of those traditions and their medicine.

Nestled in the Catskill Mountains on ninety three acres of land and forest, the Blue Deer Center is embraced by “Saskawhihiwine,” the river of peace. This land has been known for millennia as a place where conflict is resolved and illness gives way to balance. Blessed things happen here that cannot happen even a short distance away, for this sacred place offers unique spiritual medicine that supports your transformation.
