| How
does the Blue Deer Center develop its programs?
Many
of the programs at the Center result from submitting a program proposal
to our Enrollment Director. The proposal undergoes a review process
by our Program Review Committee. If accepted, the provider is contacted
to enter into a contract.
We seek programs that promote living in a balanced relationship
with the natural world. We are particularly interested in providers
who offer programs that pertain to healing in its many forms. We
also seek experienced and reputable providers who are rooted in
an authentic ancestral tradition.
Some of our faculty will become core providers, offering several
programs per year over multiple years. Others will teach only once
per year. We may help other to develop a small program into a larger
offering.
