News From the Blue Deer Center Board

Dear Community.
On behalf of the Blue Deer Center (BDC) Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce a change on the BDC Board effective August 8th of this year. After receiving the resignation of Board member David Wiley, the Board voted unanimously to appoint Karen Aberle to the vacant Board of Directors position. Thank you, David, for your service in all of its forms.

Farewell, Welcome and Thank You

Recent months have brought us several changes on the BDC team. Our Enrollment Director, Maggie Klippel, bid us farewell this summer. Maggie was with us for two years, helping us forge relationships with our initial program providers and developing many leads for the future. She shared with us her great love of the Blue Deer Center, and her heartfelt understanding of the power of the land and the river.
